North Forney High School Construction Continues On Schedule

Construction of Forney’s newest high school, North Forney High School, continues on schedule according to the F.I.S.D. Forney First newsletter.

NFHS is scheduled for completion in May 2009 and will be open for the 2009-2010 school year.

To view photos of the construction, visit the F.I.S.D. website.  There is also a blueprint and virtual tour.

The new principal, Dr. Joseph Kucera, joined Forney ISD in 2008 after serving as a teacher and coach, assistant principal and principal at middle school and high schools in Waco Midway ISD.

Discuss the new high school construction with fellow Forney residents on the 20PM  discussion forum.
