Rockwall Chapter DAR presents Good Citizenship awards

Rockwall Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution recently honored area students with Good Citizenship awards. Students are selected as recipients by the teachers and staff of their schools. In order to receive the award, a student must possess the five qualities of Good Citizenship which are honor, service, courage, leadership and patriotism.

Forney Students honored were Rebecca Blackshear, Blackburn Elementary; Maddison Carney, Claybon Elementary; Adali Montes, Crosby Elementary; and Sadie Carithers, Lewis Elementary.

Students from Rockwall, Royse City, Wylie, and the Fulton School, a private school in Heath, were also honored.
