Jack in the Box Coming to Forney?

Several sources have indicated that officials from Jack in the Box have been in talks with various individuals around Forney regarding the opening of a Jack in the Box location in Forney. Research indicates that a number of locations may be under consideration, with attention focusing primarily on the south side of the Highway 80/FM-548 intersection, possibly next to or near the CVS that's already open on the west side of that corner.

We'll keep you updated as more details are available. In related news, rumors of a Taco Bell somewhere near the intersection of Pinson Road & Highway 80, on the north side of the highway, continue to persist. Taco Bell was long rumored to be interested in a pad site near Forney Center, just west of the gas station, between the highway and the newest portion of Forney Center where H&R Block and My Spa have recently opened. Now, rumor has it that they're looking at the land near the McDonald's that's just west of that location.

The thought of Taco Bell does absolutely nothing for me; I'd much rather have Taco Bueno.  However, I love the tacos and egg rolls at Jack in the Box.  Yummy!

I know it's not Forney, but there is a Taco Cabana going in at Beltline and 80...not far to drive for some great pico!

I'm stoked about the Cabana.  I love their breakfast tacos, and will definitely be stopping on my way to work once in a while!
