corn on the cob
« on: July 01, 2009, 07:43:41 PM »
I received a different way to cook fresh corn today. Cut the top and bottom off the ear of corn. Leave the husk and silk. Microwave for 3 minutes and eat after shucking. Very good and easy.

Not sure if I am doing it this weekend or not, but our favorite is grilled corn on the cob with hommade blue-cheese butter.  Man, it is some good stuff and I just got hungry thinking about it.
