He moves. This morning he was by the airplane by the antiques. Ha I thought the first time I saw it the store had gotten a maniquin "high flyer". Tim was like... Hmm.. I think he looks like some kind of state trooper or something. I guess Tim was right. Well next to a plane I thought he was a pilot  :P

This afternoon he was back by the jail.

We should give him a name . . . . and then we can all talk to him as we drive by . . . would remind me of one of the scenes from Legend. . . . LOL

Taxes should be used for NEEDS not wants.  You WANT something extra/special pay for it yourself, don't share the burden with other homeowners.  Why should people's taxes be so high and unaffordable?

Haha OS.. and your right! we SHOULD name him.

My DH thinks he is 8' tall. I say more like 5' or 6'.  Anyone going to measure him up?

Also, I did see the South Park faces in the bus, now that I looked.
They are a LOT smaller - not the same, but it works.
I guess someone DID re-do them.

He's right at 6'.  Yesterday I made my 6' kid stand next to it.  On the pedestal and with it's helmet on the officer is about 6' tall.  :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
