Shafer Plaza Expansion - Arby's, Office Depot?

As a follow up to an earlier post about Shafer Plaza (the development where Double Dave's, Cold Stone Creamery and Walgreens, among others, are located), the latest rumors are that the next phase of Shafer Plaza will be underway shortly, and one of the pad sites will go to Arby's, and one of the junior anchor stores may be Office Depot.

I love arbys! I wouldn't mind and Office Depot either, I want a job at a electronics store and would love only having to drive 10 miles a day.
