Where is this by the way... there are no apartments I know of, or even a house ... on Trinity and Bois Darc.
Now down from the corner a little bit on either street there are possibilities of where this might be........

Nearest loft is a whole block over.

I'm thinking it might be the place next to EDC office; it used to be a B&B, or maybe that first house down on the right on Trinity, behind the EDC office and across from SWBell (or whatever there name is now). The relatively new owner had wanted to make 'offices' out of that house... requested to have it zoned commercial or 'special use', but I don't know if it passed or not.
