Just like last year.  That district is always going to have one good team coming out of it and we can't get the #1 seed right now, so we face their best.  Gonna have to win District outright to get that #2 seed and maybe that first 4A playoff win. 

But don't count 'em out yet.

I live in Forney, but am from Waxahachie. I'm gonna have to cheer for my old stomping grounds.

I understand Texasmale... my hubby went to West Mesquite... when West came to FHS, he sat on West side and I sat on Forney's side... Now, this week, we are fighting over which game we are going to... FHS vs Wax or the West Mesquite game....guess we will wait until Friday to see who wins....OH, and btw, I might need a ride to Forney's game.LOL

The first quarter was a real tug of war.  It looked like it was going to be a long, hard fight.  Waxahachie drew first blood.  Then they scored again and again.  Things were looking down until the 3rd quarter when Forney finally got on the board.  More points were scored by Waxahachie and Forney scored some too, but unfortunately not enough.  :'(
