I guess I am the only one having trouble with them? It went down this afternoon and hasnt come back.

All the numbers I try calling on my cell phone wont work. Does anyone have a number for Connextions that they have called recently? Maybe my cell was glitching out. Hopefully someone has a different number.

Nope, ours is out as well. Just drop missile on that POS of a company already!

They should at least have a recorded message saying that they are working on it. I spent at least 30 minutes unplugging the modem,checking wires, checking the modem, and rebooting. I am trying about every ten minutes to connect so I can can some work done. Some feedback as to when we could expect service would be great.

Same here. Only access I have right now is from my blackberry. None of theor numbers work... And neither does their website.

I looked at my bill, and they announced a new web provider. It looks like that probably happened because I an pulling an IP from a different range and my DNS servers are different.

I am definately getting connectivity, although the last octet value of my address is 0, so there are definately troubles.

Hopefully, they will have it resolved tomorrow...

Oh thank goodness. I thought maybe I jacked up my computer at home today! Ok.. its still out. No one posted anything so I thought it was user error. Tim and I were hoping when I couldnt get any numbers to work that they finally went bankrupt lol. Bummer. Then again.. who knows how long it would be before we would get service is that happened lol

Don't feel too bad. I cleared my roter to defaults... Erasing all of my security... Including the MAC address filter where I had put all of the MAC addresses of the 8 devices I have sharing my router. :/

I too thought I had messed up my computer. I tried to call the new "help line" 469-762-HELP but got a fast busy signal.

When I contacted Connextions directly they said that a line had been cut and they are working on it as fast as they can.

I'm glad it's running today, thank goodness.

At least now I have a new number to add lol. None of mine would connect through my cell, and it said the 866 number had been blocked by the company from my phone (how in the?!?!).

But at least its back. YAY! It had been awhile since they had jacked up my stuff lol.

Anyone else still out? I've rebooted my CPU and reset both my modem and router. Still no luck.

I'm in Phase I and mine was out all day Wednesday. Our home phone was out, as well as neighbor's phones and internet. When I called Connextions, I got some lame out of service message. How can you be the phone company and not have a working phone?! Argh! I didnt make a post about it, I did complain in the shout box though, as a guest and from my cell phone. Thank goodness for smart phones, thats all I gotta say!

Wi-Five's been the best of them all so far. Consuxtions/FEC or whoever they are this week will never get my business again.

yeah but charging the outrageous install fee for when I offered to do it for them turned me off. If they decide to knock off the install fee I'd go with them.

I am in Phase 3 and ours was out Wed, but has been up and running since then. I am not a fan of Connctions, I think they overcharge for sub-par services. I have had positive experience with them in the past few days however. I made a change to my service and actually go ahold of someone who didn't make me feel as though I was bothering her. When the service tech came out he was super nice.

Has anyone had problems with downloading? My wife and I use Itunes a lot and we cannot get through a full download of any software or music downloads. We keep getting a "lost connection to server" message. And it's not just on itunes. I have gotten it when downloading any software over the internet. I'm just wondering if anyone else is having the same type of problem. I'm really getting frustrated and looking into alternatives to Connexions if this cannot be fixed....any ideas?
