Please dont get up there again this year.  This is a nice community we all have our HILLBILLY tendencies but do it in private.  My kids are were like(last summer) Mom are they drunk?  Why r they up there? What if they fall? Why r they yelling at us???

And for the record I'm not a fan of the "pirate" . . . . . . but there is nothing that anyone can do about what he is doing . . . it is his house. . . now they might be able to do something if he was disturbing the peace. . . . but according to last year's thread . . . his neighbors love it!

Unless of course he just so happened to recently move on to that street/area. . . and when you live in Phase 2 the Pirate House is somewhat centrally located. . . . and at night he sometimes has a spot light on the party floor. . . kinda yard to mess it then. . . I have tried to avoid the area because of the questions my dd asks . . . lol.

However, you are correct the Pirate is not breaking any rules.
